My wife and I were in the market for a new house for almost a year and with a young family of newborn twins wanted to make sure we find a place in our budget range, without having to do any repairs, and to be move in ready. Sounds simple, right? Well, location, location, location is always in the way. School system is another factor, busy roads, good neighbors, backyard, and the list grows and your patience thins out. You can imagine the rest. We were referred to Dina by a good friend of our and we were told that she is one of a kind. With such a strong statement, we reached out to Dina and hoped for the best. Since the first meeting, Dina was well prepared, professional, and above all personal. She took notes and made sure that what she showed us had what we wanted and did not waste our/her time for something halfway. It was a timely process to find the right place. Not to mention dealing with banks, inspectors and the likes. Dina made sure we are in balance. She wanted to take this project on and us worry about our kids and our professions. Dina went to the houses first, spoke with other realtors, and then told us if it’s a good match. She was not there for the sale, Dina was there for us and that is what made the difference. She had us involved but worry free. It was like having a producer and we saw the final stage. The relationship did not stop when we bought the house instead it grew. We had to deal with some small repairs from the seller’s side and Dina made sure everything was done properly and in timely fashion. Until the completion of the work she was there and always updating us on the progress of the repair. In conclusion, I am writing this statement to reflect what a great experience it was for us working with Dina, a true lady, a great realtor, and overall an amazing person that is in the business to help you. Dina went above and beyond and delivered (100% x 2) of what initially promised.

I was so blessed to have Dina as my buyers agent. Dina´s ability to quickly grasp and comprehend the needs of the buyer were exemplary. Furthermore, her preparedness and anticipation to foresee the sequential steps that were to follow as we showed interest in a dwelling was unmatched. I say this with conviction as I have had the privilege of executing several residential transactions for all good reasons and in multiple states of this great country, the United States of America. I all along claimed that I was a reasonably savvy buyer until Dina very tactfully taught me that there was no limit to how savvier one could become as long as one had an open mind, a willingness to learn and most importantly trusted your agent (not an easy feat I might add). I am glad I passed on all these counts because the ultimate translations were to my betterment.
